The 10-week Sales Development Science Certificate in collaboration with Ziplines, Inc. (Formerly GreenFig) provides concepts and strategies delivered via videos featuring industry professionals and structured content, hands-on practice, and weekly, optional, live-online sessions. Participants acquire the following key competencies during this 10-week program: • Applying sales development strategies and methodologies to achieve an organization’s sales goals • Managing key technologies leveraged by sales professionals, including customer relationship management (CRM) automation (Salesforce Sales Cloud) • Identifying ideal customer profiles and target personas to effectively generate leads, and create a plan for on-going pipeline management • Understanding the sales concepts and techniques you need to interview with confidence and navigate professional relationships to achieve your personal goals To complete the Sales Development Science Certificate, each participant must: • Spend four to six hours weekly, engaging with on-demand content • Complete hands-on activities and assignments • Achieve at least 70% on the module quizzes • Complete their own Sales Development Science Playbook • Complete the Salesforce Trailhead Badges This badge was issued to participants upon successful completion of the program during the Spring 2023-Spring 2024 semesters.
